During your session, you’ll be gently guided into a deep state of relaxation — similar to meditation.

Each session typically lasts between 2 and 2½ hours and is held online, in a safe, comfortable setting.
After the session, you’ll receive a personalised recording to listen to daily for at least 21 days, reinforcing the new beliefs and empowering habits you’ve begun to create.
