I’m Ana Machado, a certified Rapid Transformational Therapist® (RTT®) who also works with Energy Alignment.
I support individuals who sometimes feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of their next steps — those moments when life’s pressure dims your confidence, clouds your focus, or makes even simple decisions feel heavy.
My approach is calm, steady, and attentive. I create a space where you can explore what’s been limiting you with honesty, safety, and care, moving at a pace that suits you. Together, we gently address the patterns that keep anxiety, panic, or fears close at hand, shake self-esteem, or dampen motivation. I also support those dealing with performance pressure, concentration difficulties, or restless nights, helping the mind and body find calm, clarity, and ease.

RTT® sessions are a powerful, science-based method that uncovers subconscious patterns holding you back — whether in confidence, focus, motivation, or emotional ease — and transforms them at their root. During a session, you are gently guided into a deeply relaxed state, allowing the mind to access insights and create lasting change. Each session is personalised, and you’ll receive a recording to reinforce your progress and embed new, empowering patterns.
Energy Alignment sessions are a distinct, intuitive practice. Over the years, I’ve drawn on several energy modalities, including Reiki and the “Body Mirror System” by Martin Brofman, to develop my own method. In each session, I set a clear intention to direct energy to where it is most needed. The body receives it and uses it in the way that is most supportive — encouraging calm, balance, and natural processes. These sessions are carried out remotely, and I guide them so that you, a loved one, or even a pet can receive the energy wherever they are.
Life is a journey, and it’s important to remember that whatever you’re experiencing — or have experienced — doesn’t define you. You can look at challenges differently, find new meaning in them, and regain clarity and self-trust. You can walk this path alone, or you can choose to have someone by your side to support you along the way.
My approach combines insight, structure, and warmth. I work with empathy, attentiveness, and care, creating a space where you can feel fully supported while reconnecting with your natural resilience, motivation, and confidence.
